Anna's links lead out to other platforms that she and the team run her presence on. Each has its own sign-up, account and payment process, and what happens there is governed by their terms — not this site. This site is just the front door.

The AI disclosure

Anna Vega is an AI-generated character. Her images are synthetic, made and curated by the small team that runs her, and kept consistent so she's the same person everywhere you see her. The voice in captions and chat is part of the character. She is always a grown woman, and we disclose that she's AI on every platform where she appears. She is not based on, and is not intended to resemble, any real person; any resemblance is coincidental.

Privacy policy

This site is static. It sets no cookies, runs no trackers, shows no ads and has no accounts, forms or comment boxes. Links out carry a short code (like fvc=fv-1) that tells us which door you came through, nothing about who you are. We may use Cloudflare's cookieless analytics, which counts visits without identifying visitors. The platforms you land on (Instagram and the places Anna links to) have their own privacy policies, and what happens there is governed by those.

Copyright, reposts & takedowns

Every image, video and piece of writing on this site and on Anna's accounts is an original work created by the team behind her, and copyright in all of it is reserved: © itsannavega, all rights reserved. AI-assisted production does not change that; the selection, direction, editing and curation of this content is human work and we treat the catalogue as what it is, the entire asset of this business. No licence is granted to anyone beyond viewing it where we published it.

That means, concretely: no reposting or re-uploading paid content anywhere, no scraping or bulk downloading, no use of Anna's images or name to run accounts, bots or profiles we didn't create, no use of her likeness or our content to train or fine-tune AI models, and no commercial use of any kind. Sharing a public postcard with credit and a link is the one thing you're welcome to do.

We monitor for infringement and act on it: formal takedown notices under the EU Copyright Directive and the US DMCA to hosts, platforms and search engines, impersonation reports to every platform involved, and, for repeat or commercial infringers, whatever escalation the situation deserves. If you've found stolen content or a fake "Anna" account, write to the address below with a link; if you believe something of ours shouldn't be where it is, the same address gets it dealt with quickly.
